Looks great with decals.
Did you purchase the Dinan Springs directly from their website or somewhere else? I'm interested in doing the same but my stock 400M Wheels are 18' wondering if the drop will be lower than yours. |

Orders them through the website and delivered to my local installer. Not sure about the drop on your 18s but would think it would be ok

You will get hundreds of thumbs up and thumbs down regarding the decals... Just a matter of personal taste. I like the decals (had them on my F30, have them on my F36) and think they make the silhouette of the car a bit lighter/fluid. Whether the ///M Performance logo is there or not does not matter. Somehow, it is a nice logo and BMW is using ///M logos abundantly on all types of cars anyway. Im am not an ///M radical and am not putting ///M on a pedestal like some do. There are way sportier and faster cars out there to be snob about an ///M logo... But again, this is just a personal opinion.
Nice job on the car, keep going

Decals look good imho, but it looks good without it too. How about some spacers? I was in the anti-spacers camp for a long time until I finally caved and got some... even 12mm makes a big difference in the overall look of the car!

That is one of my next purchases and was thinking 10 front and 15 back or 12 front 15 back. Not sure yet

I read in other threads about things getting a bit bouncy at times with the springs. Are you still enjoying the ride quality? Looks great either way

Yes in fact I forget that I had the car lowered on my xdrive. Now to be fair I came from a Jeep Wrangler so anything is much smoother to me.

I prefer the sportier look with decals. Plan on doing the same once the budget settles after the initial splurge (just bought my car)

Perfect ride height. Drop is perfect for that car. The decals look great b/c you have the painted lip underneath.

I like the decals looks mean. I also have Dinan springs installed with 20's and the ride height is perfect.. Imo, you'll like the look even more with 20's.
The 19 inch rim in the back looks small esp since the rear of the M3 is large. Spacers will enhance but I think filling up the area with a larger wheel looks better than spacing out a smaller wheel.. imho |
