Dinan Cold Air Intake on LCI 40i?

Has anyone actually installed this?

Semi open design? Sucking in hot underhood air? Guarantee that is a waste of money. The factory cold air intakes are hard to beat these days.

Why does everyone want stupid carbon fiber shit? Outside an f1 car its dumb.

Good point re: semi-open design. I had a Dinan CAI on my F15 50i and I loved it, but that was a closed design.

I could care less about the carbon fiber. This was the only aftermarket CAI I could find.

Worth noting that the filtration on these "washable" filters is unilaterally inferior to paper as well. So more particulate matter collecting on our airflow sensors and in your engine.

FYI - Dinan confirmed this won’t fit the LCI.
