Massaging Seats Issue?

I searched a few sources and can't seem to find any mentions of it, but does anyone else with the luxury seating package notice the operation of the massaging seats is a bit rough?

This is most noticeable is my upper shoulder section, I could feel and hear almost a pop as a rolling massage moves between two of the air pockets. It seems like it's from the pockets rubbing against each other as one inflates and the next deflates. It's not horrible, and it doesn't seem to happen without pressure on the area (i.e. I'm not sitting in the seats), but I'd imagine any friction inside the seat will just lead to excessive wear and tear over time.

I haven't noticed it in the passenger seat, but it might be a combination of less use and position.

I suppose I'm just wondering if others have noticed this or if they had a dealer look at it or resolve it. I'm not sure if there's just not enough isolation between the pockets by design that's causing this, or if there's an actual positioning issue.

EDIT/UPDATE: I suppose something is actually wrong. I just spent some extended time in the passenger seat and noticed it doesn't vibrate like the driver seat (at least not as noticeable). I thought this was some sort of feature and part of the massage, but it seems more like a symptom. Maybe they turned my seat up to 11 at the factory or something.

Service Visit Update 1/2/2020: They replaced the pump for my seat and the vibration went away, so that's good. I still have the issue with two pockets rubbing against each other, so that fix didn't knock out both issues as I had hoped. I have at least narrowed it down to which pockets and when now that the seat isn't vibrating, so back to show the service manager what I'm talking about.

I have massage and ventilated seats. Whenever I turn on ventilation, there are air popping sounds underneath my butt. Unfortunately it does sounds like mechanical fart. I am going to get it checked out by the dealer.

The rollers on my back work but no vibration. Thanks for bringing this issue up. I'll take it to the dealer tomorrow.

Maybe you misinterpreted the OP.
It's not supposed to vibrate... if it does, there's a problem.
Your seats are likely working as intended.
