Harris Hill Road HPDE 12/19

Hey guys, I thought that some of you may be interested in running H2R prior to the M track day that a couple of us are trying to set up early next year. If so it is open registration, which you can access through the newsletter info I've provided below.

There are some great cars already signed up for the event including 2 GT3RSs (one's the orange RS from last time Kyle

), 4 or 5 M3s, Michael's (consolidated) spec boxster, some great 993 911s, an '09 CTS-V, and a few Z06s. It's a really fun and technical track and I hope to see some of you out there (ehem...TLud).

H2R High Performance Driving Experience (12/19)

H2R is putting on our final event of the year with this HPDE.
You'll get five 25-minute sessions with an instructor. Advanced drivers get 1 or 2 question-and-answer classroom sessions with one of our advanced instructors (Jason Hart and/or Corey Rueth).

Cost is $175 per driver. Lunch is included. We'll be running clockwise.

FYI, Jason Hart is Dallas' Steve Hill's coach, Steve took the Rookie of the Year award for the Ferrari F430 Challenge Series.

Mark McKenzie, Austinite and H2R member, won the overall NA championship in Valencia this last weekend...on the last lap no less.

Yup red 08 GT2 with friend/instructor from South Tex. Several of his friends coming in for this event too. STripped down 993s trailered in for this. Last time went to Eagle's Canyon and they had about 5 Porsches out there. Should be more at this one though.
IF it's not raining of course.

FYI, membership offer.

"December Membership Special (Through 12/31)

For anyone who has a friend on the fence about joining, we're offering a membership special through the end of the year.

If they join and pay the initiation fee before 12/31, they'll pay nothing in monthly member dues until July of 2010. In addition, they can run sessions anytime they want without charge for the rest of 2009. "
