When I drive on two-lane roads at night, oncoming drivers seem to think I have my brights on. Is this common, or are the headlights aimed a little high? And is there some way I can make this better?

Flash them back

lower them? otherwise flash them back to show you're not using high-beam.

The reason they flash you is all 4 headlights are on on low beams. Because the oncoming car sees 4 headlights they assume you have your high beams on. When you turn your high beams on the system adds led lights to the existing 4 low beams. The system has a sharp cutoff on low beams so you are not blinding anybody. So just flash them back when they flash you.
