I am currently running H&R sport springs on my car, I love the height but not the stiffness! Feels like i run over a crater everytime a bump or little crack! If i was to replace it to H&R coil overs, would this be better than the V1's? I'm strictly going for comfort and still have adjustablility to look like my springs right now.

I can adjust it for winter time as well which would be helpful

I have the V3's. No squeaking.

The ride is stiff but on good surfaces it is incredible. It is tolerable on not so smooth surfaces. I am not sure where my shop ordered them from.

i would stay away from HR as I was told that they will rust in the salty areas over time.

which sucks, since their products are usually top notch.

Any coilover kit that is not properly maintained will rust / corrode in salty environments. I always encourage people to cover the threaded portion of the coilover body with bearing grease on all models, stainless or not. I've personally had KW V1's seize up after 1 use during the winter. After that, I started coating every set of I've owned with grease during the install, then again right before winter.

When Spring rolls around, I clean off the grease and re-apply another coat. I've done this for years and have yet to run into an issue again.

We do have the H&R Coilovers available here on the website:
