M440i- what intake and downpipe?

Hi everyone!

Which intake and downpipe for the 2021 M440i? The BMS intake for the B58 did not fit, due to the strut bar in the 4 series. It hits the top of the inlet box.

So what intake and downpipe are recommended to fit properly?

I recommend the active autowerke catted downpipe for a no CEL guarantee

Not sure about the intake, I don't think any of them has been tested to fit on the M440 yet

I've got an FTP charge pipe coming, and just received my Eventuri intake tonight. It's completely ridiculously priced…but it looks amazing!

Still want to break in the car first before anything gets installed though…

*edit* still not sure on the downpipe, but I'm open to suggestions as long as there is at least a bit of a cat involved.

If you're interest, we know offer catted or catless downpipes for the M440i Coupe model. Would you like to know more? Thanks.

Looks amazing

I recommend the Active Autowerke catted downpipe, it comes with a no CEL guarantee.
It'll give the car a deeper tone and an noticeable increase in sound without any of the catless drawbacks

I had the cg precision 5" catted on my f30, sounded amazing and nice throttle response. No CEL guarantee, but never had one come on, sold it to a guy with a 2021 m340i and he hasn't had a CEL either.

Going to pick up the recommended downpipe shortly.
Then I'll do the intake, charge pipe, JB4, and downpipe all at the same time.

Still looking to get in to lay down a baseline dyno set after my break in period, and the see what the difference will be.
