Jb4 review
I've had stage 2 installed for almost two weeks now. Been running map 1 with no other mods. I'm very impressed with the smooth power delivery and no drivability hiccups or issues. Under normal throttle it seems stock like, but upon dropping the hammer, the power increase is readily apparent. Little bit of turbo whistle now audible under light throttle, but nothing I mind.
Features are cool, I liked being able to verify the car was building full boost with the fuel gauge hijacking. Also the shift light is actually quite functional. This was one thing I missed from my corvette. I've got an active autowerke exhaust going on Wednesday and about to order a charge pipe, and that'll be it for me for now performance wise. Theres only one dealer in my entire state and they aren't mod friendly so no DP for me, not worth the hassle of uninstalling at a shop for every dealer visit. In conclusion: very worthwhile and makes the car alot more fun. Zero problems so far and install was pretty simple. Goes without saying but if you ever have a question or do need support, Terry's response time is phenomenal. I had a few questions before ordering and had answers back within 10 minutes! Great customer support! |

I honestly didn't feel a change in throttle mapping, it does seem more responsive due to the extra torque, but I don't believe the gas pedal position to throttle input ratio was changed.

Congratz, nice little review. I've had mine on my car for 2 weeks as well. Best money I ever spent on my car....but I keep it on map 0 most of the time though. I can't afford another point on my license!
