The execution here of the split light is so much better than the X7. I could see owning one, however it's not looking like it commands such a high price tag like it has. Drop off $50k US and count me in

I think the "hate" in many minds is it's not ungodly fast like a Plaid or Urus. Had this suv posted 0-60 times that made it seem dangerous- it would be a huge win for BMW fanboys.

I drove a performance Tesla the other day and felt it was blindingly fast. Almost a little dangerous. Made me like it a little more where the exterior design doesn't wow me. But the Minimalistic Interior kind of does. Even if it's a car designed for me NOT to drive it
I drove a Tesla Plaid this week and wow it’s dangerously fast. Interior minimilism is nice as well as the full glass roof. I dont know why every car isnt doing a full roof like that.

I was expecting the XM to be faster then the 3.7 my x6m comp does

Great point about your M- if this is the mega X, it needs to best all the family.

I wish the Tesla Model X had 4 falcon doors. It's a let down the two front are ordinary.

Oxide on a iX

I just ordered a iX in Oxide. Photo's do not give a good idea of the colour in daylight. It is beautiful. It does need a shadowline and not the bronze effect. Here are some pictures of the iX outside in not so sunny weather. [IMG][/IMG]

And more lol. The XM I wish was a bit sleeker like a Urus but I assume they were going for a more Cullinanish loon since BMW does own Rolls. Also the rims are similar to a Cullinan.

The XM is wide and long but feels very brute. Like it can roll over other cars. Cant explain it.

The gloss black trim around the wheel wells makes the wheel gap look exaggerated, and awful.

Unless you get it in all black!

Someone will come out with new springs for sure. Those and spacers will make it look mean in all black.

Even in all-black the wheel gap is still wide (see photo). It looks like a design issue. That gap should have been smaller. So it may make sense to choose the 23" wheel as the smaller sizes will make the gap worse.

The only BMW I've actually liked in Dakar Yellow actually. I think it looks good personally.
