Does the x7 come with wheel locks?

I ordered my X7 40i with the 22" Multi-spoke bi-color ferric grey wheels and it came with wheel locks

I ordered my car with 21" Y-Spoke bi-color ferric grey wheels,style 753 with all-season non RF tires. It came with a spare and jack. The down side is I have zero storage below the rear deck.
