Much appreciated, Fegelein ! I too am considering the black matte with bronze effect, and black leather interior. Looks good. I can see the bronze effect in certain lighting.

No prob Wild and what exterior you going for?
How's the '04 holding up?! I sold my '04 325ci to my Father-in-law back in '07 w/ 23k on the clock. Now only have 43k and still running like a top!

I'm pretty set on Mineral White for exterior.

My '04 330i is running like a champ. Also low miles. Few minor issues along the way. I would keep driving it, but other than its age, two primary reasons why going for the X7:

1. I'm getting older. Increasingly tougher for me to climb up into a car, or climb up to get out of a low one. X7 has good seating height.

2. Also increasingly difficult to use stick shift, as much as I prefer it. Will need to go auto.

You own the '04 since new? It's going to be a major and initially overwhelming tech change for you. Did you order the X7 yet?

I'm the original owner of my 2001 E39 M5 and it's not hard to get accustomed to the x7 tech.

No, I'm holding off ordering, for several things/reasons. Thinking I'll likely order a MY2020, with new features and initial kinks worked out.

Yes, having driven and picked through multiple X7's at this point, you're right, the X7 will be a big step up from my '04 330i. But the BMW quality is still there. As a pilot, I'm very adaptable to tech, and have a great appreciation for fine quality. Can't wait.

Very Nice! The colour looks great especially when the sun is shining on it. Interior looks very upscale and the fit & finish look superb.
