Guess I have to trade in my 2020 X7 M50i...

...since EVERYBODY is driving my exact vehicle (configuration) now...

Enjoy!

PS. It certainly feels odd being overtaken by your own car.

Haha, I definitely understand the feeling. When I had my 540i, it was basic black on black combo, literally there were 4 other black G30's in my neighborhood, and there were a number of times I would be stuck behind one or pass one. When I switched to my CLS, I have maybe seen one or two a year, but never one in my color, or a 53 model like mine.

Its honestly a little weird since this is the first time I've had a car where I've never seen one like mine. Even the Z4M and M2C I've seen others like mine!

That is exactly why some buyers opt for an ALPINA XB7. 😉

In my area, X7s in general are VERY rare. This was actually the first time I spotted another M50i and this one was even the same color with the extended shadowline. It had the standard M50i-wheels though and not the Individuals.

Wow, that's surprising. X7's are much more common where I'm at, although I also live in suburbia so there's always at least one in the carpool. X5's and GLE's even more so though. Strangely have yet to see a new GLS on the road though, but many X7's.

Lol, I thought that was me driving by there!

I've seen several 40i's here but no M50's yet (SF Bay Area).

Yup, that's the exact same exterior of the one I saw - including the wheels. Of course, while driving, I could not see which wheels the other one had but if you pause the video, you can tell.

Yes, the majority of the few I've seen are 40i's and once when I filled up at Costco, I had a 50i (not M) in front of me.

Model X or Range Rover are bling of choice in this area. I’ve seen a few X7’s but can’t say I’ve seen any M50i’s other then on the lot.

X7 40/50i lux are showing up more and more here in Denver. M50i's are rare birds. I haven't seen another one driving around.

I haven't seen another M50i on the road ever. I've seen one on a dealer lot but that's it. I've seen a few 40i versions on the road.

TBII on the road is zero for me as well in any trim.

Move to the UK.

Since its launch, I've only seen 1 X7 on the road (30D).

I own an M50i but even the dealers haven't seen one!

The X7 is extremely rare in my area. Only a few 40i and I have been really looking for them. I know my dealer only had 2 M50i models ever and I have one and the owner of the dealership has the other.

My last 2200 mile road trip from PA to Florida I only ever saw one X7 40i in the parking lot of the Grand Floridian at Disney in Feb. I saw 2 Bentagas in the same parking lot the entire 2 weeks we were there. I had my X5 50i M-Sport then.

Maybe you should have told her that she was allowed to get out of the car first. I assume she would be, right?

This isn't worse than when I got one of the first ever m50i and pulled up to the gym with another one in the parking lot lol. That may have been the one that overtook you since we live in the same general area

I hope "the car" doesn't see this forum, otherwise avoid any hazardous areas with abundance of sharp objects, ... like the kitchen.
