Hi, I just noticed a strange thing recently that calls go straight to voicemail when connected with CarPlay on my X7M 2020. Check do not disturb on my iPhone X iOS 14.01 and everything seems turned off. Really appreciate any tips.

When your iPhone is connected to the X7 make sure 'Do Not Disturb' is disabled on the CarPlay screen under Settings (not on the iPhone).

Not sure if you are still having this problem. I had the same issue on my X3 recently, and just figured out the solution. It turns out that I had the "Do not disturb" accidentally turned on in my BMW personal assistant. After I turned it off, problem resolved.

Hi - I’m running into the same issue.

My phones connected to CarPly wirelessly. But the calls go straight to my VM.
I see a notification pop up showing a missed call.

How do I turn this off through the BMW personal assistant? Thanks!
