These are both 2021 models. Is 7-10% doable for 2021 or just 2020? How much additional discount should a demo model fetch? Thanks again for everyone's help.

For 2021 7-10% before incentives is the target...definitely doable with a dealer that is interested in hitting volume incentives.

7-10% is on 2021s.

There will be lots of opinions on what a car with 1900 miles should sell for. Personally, the discount isn't enough to justify not getting a new car unless I as leasing it.

Any help here would be very much appreciated, may be pulling the trigger today on a X7 for my wife.
This is straight from the PenFed rebate form. USAA form is identical, although USAA just ended their BMW rebate program on Oct 1st.

Quote:
2020 / 2021 BMW PenFed Incentives
Incentives for eligible 2020 & 2021 models
-$500 Incentive for Lease and Retail Loan financed through BMW Financial Services. Exception: BMW FS
Lease not available for i3.
-Incentives are combinable with eligible new car sales programs* Exception i3 Cash/FS Retail Loan not
combinable.
*i3 PenFed Cash and BMW FS Retail Loan $11,000. Not combinable with monthly sales programs. Not
eligible for BMW FS lease.
Special BMW Incentive offer is valid at any authorized BMW Center in the United States. Cash incentives
are not applicable for vehicles leased/financed through BMW Financial Services. Member must take retail
delivery January 6, 2020 - January 4, 2021. Incentive offer is subject to change without prior notice. This
incentive offer is available to PenFed members. BMW requires presentation of a photo ID your BMW
Manufacturer Certificate with a unique Customer ID and Offer Code. Visit the PenFed Car Buying Service
to receive BMW Certificate. One incentive per member, per offer code, per calendar year for new BMW
vehicles. Eligible member must be the purchaser. See your authorized BMW Center for complete program
details.
So it is combinable with other incentives, such as Loyalty and Conquest. But not for incentive of leasing/financing through BMW Financial Services.

The current loyalty/conquest on the x7 requires financing/leasing through bmw fs. You would only get $500 of the USAA/penfed cash if using bmw fs.

If purchasing you will get $4000 incentive total.
$2500 finance cash
$1000 loyalty/conquest
$500 USAa/penfed

Is this still accurate? I was told that the October incentives had changed.

Those are the October ones. They improved over September. Dealer told me Rates/incentives can be locked for 90 days now effective oct 1.

I am looking to order a loaded 40i.

Need recommendation for dealerships in the Northeast that would do 10% discount before incentives.

Thank you!

Start by using truecar...you will find some dealers on there who are willing to deal and then work the deal with them to get where you want.

Alternatively use one of the brokers on here they can usually get you there for a small fee.

Thanks, Jason. Could you start including MY2021 as well, please? No more MY2020 being manufactured.

Thanks.

I called around a few dealerships around and got the deal I want without much effort.

Do the incentives typically improve in December?

I locked incentives on Oct 5, my vehicle is a week 45 Build so it should arrive sometime in mid to late November. I am wondering if I should hold out a bit and pick up in December...I can just tell the dealer we are out of town for thanksgiving or something.

Not sure how much better they would get. Pretty good right now.

Typically dealers will require you to take delivery within 5-7 days of the vehicle arriving. It would have to be pretty good timing...not sure you could delay past a week.

As for things getting better in Dec, not sure either. This is pretty good now...I've got $4000 in incentives on my deal. Maybe another $1000 if they bump the APR or Loyalty up.

Was able to pick up an X7 2021 3 weeks ago for $76.6k out the door. Sticker on the vehicle was just north of $88k. Utilized the USAA offer as part of it. I was quite happy, and used 2-3 dealerships to arrive at that price.

Thanks to all who have posted information and feedback. It's extremely helpful to non-registered folks.

Great deal. Can you tell us what was the final negotiated price versus out the door price. TTL varies by state, so that would help us better understand what is in the realm of possible when it comes to pricing. Also, what rebates did you use; APR, Loyalty, etc.

Thx.

Congrats...you did well. If that that includes sales tax that is an amazingly good deal!
