I've got to catch up on all the practices after work. Should be a nice evening!

I might have to go for a spirited drive before Qualy. Set the tone right.

It seems we are getting the Soft and Very Hard tires again for China.

When are they going to bust out the Super Soft and Hard combo? I would like to at least see a race on them before everyone complains too much and Pirelli cave to more durable tires.

Weber just can't catch a break, I hope they fix that electrical issue before qualifying.

Is it me or Hamilton has a lot of pressure this season compared to last one?!

I was cheering for Webber last year because Vettel is getting all the good treatment from RBR and I hate that. (same with Alonso and Massa). If he would have won the WDC last year, it would have proven a point that he doesn't need all the favours Vettel got in order to win... but oh well .

Wow. Webber... Nothing to say.

Vettel is just too quick. Even Button said "Too easy man, too easy".

Can't wait for tomorrow

Vettel doesn't need "favours" to win. What a retarded comment. He's a really good driver. Hell, he just set the fastest pole China's ever seen.

I wanted to say what a gentleman Button is tho. The guy runs a great race, handles everything with an air of professionalism and manages to make it look like he's having a lot of fun with everyone. He's the polar opposite of Hamilton.

another magnificent pole for seb on a drama filled quali session. i must say the mclarens are running two very strong cars, they are definitely the favorite for constructor's championship if RBR fails to get mark up to par with seb. the two renaults had bad luck, and the ferraris are just failing miserably

A few comments about that qualy.

First off, it seems to me that Red Bull is almost on the verge of being 'too' successful. Certainly they don't want to walk the championship as that would draw even more attention than it had before. And I must say, I believe they have even more performance out of the car than what was even shown. Horner, in the post qualy interview, looked almost surprised that Seb was 0.7 faster than even P2. The kind of look on his face of someone who just showed a bit too much of their hand.

And as we have yet to even see Vettel and his RB7 remotely contested or in any sort of pressure in a race setting, I'd say Reb Bull actually made a mistake in letting too much of the 'bull' out of the bag today.

As for Vettel, he is a good driver. We all know that, but his pole today was the car. At the top of today's F1, a 0.7s difference is not down to the driver. Things have changed, and with the massive reliance on aerodynamic downforce the driver's simply can't outdrive the car like the greats could even just a decade ago.

Still, it was a good drive by Vettel. Hit all his apexes like he should and he was on form. Hamilton needs to correct his brake locking issue that he has developed this year. Maybe he needs to switch from his current Carbon Industry rotors to Jensen's Brembo's. The 1/10ths that it cost him today though wouldn't have mattered much.

Don't be a poor sport. Vettel got P1, you should be ecstatic.

I don't see how you could ever say Hamilton isn't professional. Don't confuse your personal distaste for him with factual fallacy.

Who's being a poor sport? Saying Vettel needs favors to win? That's ludicrous. And my opinion of Hamilton's attitude is exactly that. No confusion about the way I feel here thx.

I also think Petrov should have gotten the f**k off the track. He knew his car was crapping out, and just decided to coast to a stop in the middle of the track... ruining it for his own teammate Heidfeld and others in the process. I think Rueben's radio comment was bang on

Did you not hear/ watch the in car footage from the race? His car literally came to a stop in gear and he couldn't move. It sounded like death. The course workers couldn't even get it in neutral. The announcer mentioned that problem when Rubens was contesting for a penalty.

You really need to chill the fuck down man. Petrov didn't know his car was fucked. Didn't you see his reaction when he punch his steering wheel?

Also, for Vettel. Don't get me wrong, the kid can drive, but today RBR clearly showed they don't give a shit about Webber and will do anything for Vettel. Proof, the KERS for Webber was not working. The tires he had were SHIT compared to Vettel, yet, we were told it was "team" decision.

As for Hamilton, you also need to calm down. Hamilton is professional. He brings action to the sport, like Schumi does. If everyone was like Vettel, it would be the most boring sport ever.

Its racing, not fucking ballet dancing.
