I just got this last week. It was there until the next restart. Hilarious thing is that I don’t even have the driver assistance package. (Never used it on my x5 so I didn’t get it with the 2023 X7…

Did it go away?

I have the package, and just popped up this afternoon. So far, still there

could be that one of the sensors or computers that deal with driver assistance might have gone faulty or failing to initialize.
These could be anything from parking sensor to the kafas camera..

You must be right, it's been rainy these few days, might be rain stains on one of the cameras

There seems to be annoying false alerts with 23 X7. I had error messages on battery management at startup two times and the message disappeared afterwards

I had the same issue
Took the vehicle to BMW dealer. They said there were some error codes and cleared the codes and gave my vehicle after 3-4 business days. After driving the vehicle for one week, the errors have returned (along with many other things)

The vehicle is back in shop now!!

I got this a few times when weather was bad on my 2021 M50i. Usually happened in the winter when the cameras and other sensors froze over with ice. Same thing with our 2022 SQ5. Looks like all the safety tech they put into the newer cars these days need everything working in order to operate. Wish there was some type of degraded mode instead of shutting it all down...but better to be safer than not.

Sure it's just a sensor or some other minor thing.

Thanks for confirming! Yeah, I wish it can at least tell me which sensor is wrong

23 X7 owners, are you able to display assisted view in the cluster screen? I have the driving assistant professional, but I couldn't see the assisted view after I enabled it in the display app. I searched the forum, looks like it can be coded for prior model years, but not for '23. Wonder if I shall ask dealer to enable it

You just need to change the content from the menu button on the steering wheel.
As long as you have DAP it's already enabled
