A 15 minute test drive in the F8x M3 a month ago put all my doubts to rest.

Also, the tires could have been bald on some of these cars they are testing. The pass them around from one magazine to another just like a.... nm

wow that's so legit! I'm actually still open to the idea of a C7 knowing that it has a much better interior, better seats, and better ride than the C6. The M4 is great however it looks too similar to a regular 4.

You can't fit jack in the trunk, but it's very comfortable.

The C7 with mag shocks feels more compliant in Touring mode than the M4 in comfort.

If you don't need the trunk space or back seat you'll be fine with the C7.
Yes if I'm getting a C7 I'm definitely getting the optional suspension. My C6 had the Z51 suspension and I wished I had gotten the mag suspension.

How can you call the car a 335 "M package" if you haven't driven it...or owned it?

No personal attacks here...it just seems funny to me. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but I'd prefer people to drive the car before making judgments like that.

IMHO, the M4 is LEAPS and BOUNDS ahead of the E92. Even one with 600 HP. I drove the piss out of my E92 for 3 years. I didn't just switch to a 335 M package.... I can promise you that.

The new M4 is definitely an Mcar. Don't kid yourself. Oh yeah...and to get back on topic - the E92 would not hang in there with the new Vette on a track.....
Had a 335i with the cobb tune. Loved the whole deal. Time to move on
