8/1 - Vehicle completed (Awaiting carrier assignment)
8/8 - Dispatched from factory

Damn that's fast. Ordered mine 7/9, started production 7/22, awaiting carrier assignment as of 8/7. Called genius today and was told expected to leave VPC today and be at dealer Thursday... not holding my breath for Thursday, though.

If you got exec package, can you let me know if the iDrive Controller is in glass? There has been some debate over whether that is now only in the Alpina. Exec package on 40i and M50i definitely includes glass start button and transmission selector... but unclear whether still on iDrive Controller. Thanks!

Mine (2021 X7, 40i, M Sport, exec package) is now supposed to arrive at dealer Thursday give or take a day or so. I'll let you know what I find.

Do you have any information on lease/finance offers for August for MY2021? The offers page on BMWFS website mentions MY2020 only and it looks like MY2021 are being delivered this month.

For August, there's no lease credit for MY 2021 X7's. As far as financing, the only offer I'm aware of is 1.9% interest on MY 2021's.

Yes, they are! It looks like I can get the Apple Car Key also but need to update IOS on my phone first. Will do it in the morning and let everyone know if it works!

You have Apple digital key on a 2020? How did you know that you have the feature? What is the build date of your that is stamped on the black label at the driver door sill?

It was supposed to be July 20th, but I'll check the label tomorrow. At the performance center they told me to put the phone on the QR pad to download the digital key (I'm working on about 3 hours of sleep so that might not have been the exact verbiage on the screen, but something similar!) it looked for my compatible iPhone but didn't work because my 13.6 update never finished installing. I'm going to test it out tomorrow and let you know. All would suggest it's there though! Hoping so!

Ok thanks. I hope so too. My car has a 7/2020 production date inside the driver door. So maybe it will work for both of us.
