Kaege Carbon Fiber Seat Shells

Hey guys,

Just found these online made by a German company called Kaege and wanted to share them with everyone. I thought they looked really good and considered buying them until I saw the price! 1,499 Euros

Hopefully other companies will come with alternative options at a more reasonable price.

Vinyl carbon is good if that's the only kind of carbon in your car. I tried to mix it with real carbon before and when they are right next to each other it doesn't look very good. Definitely a good way to save a few bucks though.

Do they not make a vinyl that matches the weave patter of the OEM interior set up?

The only thing that matches carbon, is actual carbon.

Yea we'll see.

I just hate the plastic because sometimes I put my hand behind there which puts fingerprints all over.

Do what my friend's dad used to make us do when we were kids, make them take off their shoes before getting in your car!

I'm not one for excessive carbon but DAMN are these hot!

I likely wouldn't spend the money... but for the right price Id be all over these. I enjoy that they include the backs of the headrests for the rear seats as well

How's these? The carbon pieces simply slip over the existing pieces in minutes with no pieces requiring to be removed.

We'll have a thread up shortly in the proper vendor's section.
