Navigation Positioning Wrong After Software Update

I've been on the same software my vehicle shipped with since I took delivery in April.

Finally got an update last week and Navi positioning is comically wrong. I'll be driving in the middle of a lake for example, miles from where I actually am.

Is this a telematics issue of some kind or something I can remedy on my own?

I just dropped my SAV at dealer yesterday for the same issue. Mine was almost 80 miles away where my current SAV position.

So bizarre right? I had mine in to fix a seat belt but had the engine control module recall done and the accompanying idrive update to 7/2019.47 and this happened

What... you're not enjoying your X7's capability to drive in the middle of lakes? What's wrong with you?

Maybe it re-calibrated itself. I had a GPS I had to drive in a circle a few times to calibrate.
