One reason could be that the current RV is not the best on the MY20s.

However, a $1,399 payment on a $110K vehicle is still quite excellent.

Mind you, I'm paying $1,350 on a $88K Audi Q7 on an identical 36/10-lease with $3K down. I'd say THAT'S high...

Feels like you should be able to do slightly better. The sale price is good. Have you tried doing MSDs with an NJ dealer?

I didn’t really look into MSDs as it just seemed like a hassle to me as the car is run through the business and I didn’t want to deal with any potential issues
I honestly think I may have paid 10-15 bucks more a month, otherwise nobody is touching this deal for that msrp, what I put down, and the fact they ate my last 1200 dollar payment on my current lease, plus a couple other things worth a couple hundred bucks. The problem is the Residual sucks on it. I leased a 108k s550 a few years ago for 1260 a month, but the discount was huge on that car to hey it to that type of payment (cap cost around 85k)

Audi leases to me are more like loan payment than leasing. I have an S6 but waiting until the SQ7 is out to make my decision Sq7 VS x7.

Yeah, I knew right from the start that their leases weren't very appealing on the Q7 in particular but back then, the Q7 was simply the best/most advanced vehicle in this segment. I also knew that I was only keeping it for 3 years.

Financing would have been an additional $100/month but the worst part would have been the negative equity after 3 years. Since my Q7 is pretty loaded, I would be looking at about $15K in negative equity on a financed vehicle after 3 years. At least that's something I don't have to worry about.

Now, with the X7, I'll certainly get a better bang for the buck...

This is spot on... I foolishly financed a fully loaded 2017 Q7 three years ago when they first came out (as to your point it was the best option with 3 rows at that time, still a great vehicle and drives like a dream), thinking I'm going to keep it for a long time... But of course the new car bug got the better of me and I'm now looking at negative equity when I trade it in for an X7...

Can someone help me find RV for used 2019 X7 40i with 1600 miles Or show me how to calculate RV for used vehicle? For example 15,000 miles per. This is not a demo.Dealer gave me 48% and said it's dollar based but i thought dollar based RV is for vehicle over 10,000 miles and above on odometer. Thank you.

I just ordered a custom 2020 M50i today (I’m in NJ). Got 7% off MSRP, w/o much haggling. Dealer also offered a good price for my 2017 Audi Q7 trade-in, at the higher end of KBB range.

Now the wait begins...

If I lease, I would be rolling negative equity on my trade-in into the lease, so the monthly payments would be higher, and most probably not comparable to your situation.

A used non-demo won't qualify for new car programs so it would use a dollar-based residual. Will probably cost more to lease than a new one so I doubt it's worth it. If you want a lease, look for a new one or a demo.

Incentives on the MY2019 50i are getting more attractive... Maybe we'll be able to get an M3CS type deal on those leases soon enough.
