I have driven both and the M5 is in a different world to the 1 series!
It is a nippy little thing but in a drag the M5 would literally destroy the little 1 series.
If one beats an M5 then it will be heavily, heavily tuned!

I actually raced one of my friend heavily modded 135i's a few weeks ago. His car was making about 450hp to the crank. We raced from about 60mph and I even started in 3rd gear to give him a fighting chance. I destroyed him. Over 10 car lengths to about 140mph. Lol!

This is exactly how mustang and ricer drivers in my area act. They rev and motion like they want to race and yet there's traffic everywhere. So dumb.
