ESim - Odd behaviour
I just got a X7 for my wife last week and enabled the eSIM. Since i am a ATT subscriber i added the eSIM to my current account. The problem is I used my own profile to enable it but now it does not seem to be working for my wife. The subscription is somehow linked to my profile and not the car itself which is super weird. I am not sure if there is anything I can do. I am planning to call BMW Support but they are usually not that helpful. I had to do the same with my Mercedes and they simply treated connectivity as a holistic package even though you can also create multiple profiles there.

I had the same issue, ESIM is specific to whatever profile you are logged into. Unfortunately you have to pick one profile and use that for your ESIM. It won't work for multiple users/profiles. Sucks.
