Defective Window Trim

I've had my new special order X7 40i since the middle of November. I just noticed this today while refueling. Looks to me like they didn't clean the aluminum window trim piece before sealing it.

This is on the right rear 3rd row seat exterior window trim. You can't see it unless it's in direct lighting. But we all know how that goes...Once you've seen it you can't UN-see it.

Hard to say what happened there but they need to fix it under warranty non the less.

Oh yikes. I assume you're talking about the splotchy finish, in comparison to the aluminum trim next to it that is consistent and smooth.

Yep. Funny thing is you can only see it in direct light.
