ACS Replica Front Lip
Ok so the other day i managed to pick up an ebay replica painted ACS front lip for a good price and when i installed it i love the look the only issue is there seems to be some gaps in it. I was wondering if anyone else had installed an ebay replica and if they had the gaps too?

eBay replicas are often lacking in fitment. It's the risk that you take by ordering from China/Taiwan. Sometimes you buy a part and it fits perfectly however.
Lip still looks good by the way. |

yeah i love the look of it and its something different then the route that most people take. I know cheap ebay products always run the risk of fitment issues, but i also know i am not the only one who brought one of these. so i was wondering if someone else who did managed to find a way to make the fitment better.

Color isn't off the car is dirty and covered in dust and the lip is clean. I get that some don't like it but I think it makes the car look a lot more aggressive. I'm gonna have a body shop look at it to see what they can do.

To the OP:I haven't bought this, I was just curious/hoping someone would've answered your question....there is not a lot of thread here of people rating/reviewing ebay sellers or products they got.
The color does look strangely off from your original color/I know your car is dirty. The lip doesn't suit my taste either. You should've posted pics here before buying, I'm sure it would have helped. But if it makes you have, it's what matters. |

I'm happy with the overall look of it the gap just bugs me a bit but the gap is only noticeable if you crouch down and get on the same level as it. I am honestly beginning to think the paint looking off must be a weird camera trick. In person I would say the paint job is a 99% match. I am aware that most probably don't like it but I think it makes the car look more aggressive and it's something that is different then what most people do so I love it.

meh you can probably do a little fitting but in the end it's just a lot more work.
