I got a VIN today as well, 4/26 production. I originally had a mid-April production date when I got the allocation, so it is slightly delayed.

My prodDate":"2023-04-26" (from F12 trick) also. Its a M60i. I wonder how far apart the two cars will be on the assembly line. Almost like discovering someone else has same b'day as you.

Posted my pics in a separate thread.

This is the AR on the driver's screen. It's a bit blurry. You can also get AR full screen on the main screen.

I realize this is de rigeur for automakers but it's quite a feat of marketing to call this type of treatment "AR". In the tech world we would consider AR as an overlay for your normal field of view, not a supplementary reproduction of it. In that sense the HUD is more of an AR effect than these things. This treatment isn't much more than a jazzed up version of night vision which they've had for > a decade. Cool feature though.

I agree, marketing at it's best. It overlays arrows when you need to turn so it is helpful. On the drivers screen you set it to always on which is different than the main screen which only pops on when you are getting close to a turn.

Don't Alpinas work slightly differently?

Yes, they do work differently, but I suspect your build week has changed.

I would call and get your updated build week. If that was current build week you would have a VIN. I expect it got moved back. About 2 weeks prior to your build week, it will flip to 150 status, and you get your VIN.

You're lucky.. I've had my build in for a '24 Alpina for a while, and I'm still on status 111 and when I call the Genius line they say June 5th week (week 23 or something I think). Not sure if they batch Alpina's together or Alpina colors maybe... since I'm not getting a common color.

Not sure how I'm lucky. I don't even have a status. When did you order yours?

They’ve had my order since last September but missed the boat for a ‘23 XB7. So when ordering opened up for the ‘24s in January they finally got me a production number. Maybe because yours was in the system already for a ‘23 you’re ahead of me?
