F36 H&R lowering springs
Can anyone verify that sport suspension = adaptive m suspension?
There is two types of lowering springs from h&r: 1. with sport suspension 2. without sport suspension I ran a vin decoder, and i have not found sport suspension on my list. But i know for sure that I have adaptive m suspension. so is that the same thing? (adaptive m suspension and a sport suspension) |

No, that is not the same thing. Adaptive on x-drives does not lower the car. On non-x-drives, I've heard it lowers the car 10mm over stock non-sport, which is almost nothing.
You'd want the lowering springs without sport suspension. The springs will be at a higher spring-rate, so you'd want to get the dinan shockware flash for your suspension at the same time. 704 sport suspension is a more comprehensive package of more aggressive dampers, swaybars, and springs, this lowers the car significantly, around an inch I believe. Adaptive suspension is just the adaptive shocks that can be adjusted from i-drive. |

If you have the adaptive you want the KW with edc delete. Do not do H&R springs with stock shocks you will regret it immediately.
