BMW X7 with night vision but dynamic spot light coding?
Hey guys,
I have a 2020 bmw x7 m50 with night vision and I was wondering how to code it to have the european dynamic spot light function and if it is even possible? I am talking about this feature using the headlights: |

Yep, it’s possible. Did it on my 530e and can be done on the X7.
Module: NIVI - Set "GZA_NO_OF_LIGHTS" to "Two" NIVI - Set "GZA_USE_HBA" to "Enabled" HU_MGU - Set "GEZIELTESANLEUCHTEN" to "Gen_1" BDC - Set "DLS_VERBAUT" to "DLS_blendfrei" BDC - Set "GEZIELTES_ANLEUCHTEN" to "aktiv" Note: on the BDC, there are usually 3 to 4 different Cafd files available for coding. Mine was 5FA9, but my 530e didn't have the full iDrive7, so the Cafd numbers for the BDC on the X7 will likely be different. You will just have to search each one until you find those two lines to change, they will both be in the same file, or maybe someone who has done it on the X7 can chime in which particular BDC Cafd it is in. |

After I posted this, i just saw an option called dynamic marker light in the x7 settings menu, is that the same thing that as what you did? Which is just that it flashes the animal or person versus have a constant beam on them? |
