BMW X7 with ambient air package

Hello,

I have a fully loaded 2020 bmw x7 m50 and it has the ambient air package but when i put new cartridges in the glove box and set the setting to level 3, I cant smell anything. I think its defective. Any solutions?

Level 3 of Ambient Air should be very powerful. I run at level 1-2. Where did you get the digital cartridge at? It could be defective and not the system. It’s a pretty sophisticated air ionizer and scent dispenser and I would think it would show a code if the system was having a issue. I would look at the digital cartridge first.
