Hello!

The base carries are not included with this item but can be purchased separately.

If you have the rear seat attachment already, the base carriers will not be needed.

Do you have a link for base carrier. Also to confirm you are saying the second row of a 2023 x7 will not require base carriers but 3rd row will.

Yes that is correct if the second row has the traveler holder hole in the backrest of the seat to clip into, you will not need the base support.

Third row seats you will need the base support to hold any attachment.
