Does your sunroof do this?

Hello from the USA. I posted this on the North American forum but didn't get a lot of answers. I guess it's the lack of wagons over here.

So my question; I have a 2011 E91 with the panoramic sunroof. When the sunroof is open (to any degree) or tilted, and I turn off the car, the sunroof will start to close for a fraction of a second. When I start the car again, the roof will return to the same position it was before. Does your car do this?

Good thought, but I don't think so.

checked today, I was wrong. Nothing moves at all when I turn the car off. Only thing is when it is fully open (not tilted), you turn off and the little mesh folds back down. Thats all.

Garage List
Mine does the same.
From complete open it closes so the wind deflector is lowered. I think thats the reason. To protect the winddeflector.
But why then not close it completely?

Thanks for the info. I looked at mine again and you guys are right. It's the wind deflector going down.
