BMW Winter tire set?

Does anyone have experience with this set?
https://www.shopbmwusa.com/product/8...yle-752--Black

Should I go for a full set of wheels and snow tires or should I just keep the original wheel and replace the tires? Any recommendations for best winter tires for the X7?

I don't think this set is available right now. I tried purchasing it some time ago and my order was cancelled. Check with your dealer.
But I know some people from this forum purchased it back in 2020 or 2021.

There are pros and cons.
Replacing just tires regularly increases a risk of damaging rims. It will also require trips to a tire shop.
Having a separate set of wheels is more expensive upfront, but is much easier to swap - you can do that yourself in your garage if you have tools.

You can economize a bit on a set of winter wheels and tires if you downsize to 20" wheels and mount the same tire size on all 4 hubs. Winter tires in 20" are plentiful and far less money than a winter set in 22" staggered dimensions. The convenience of a second set is worth the money.

Dont want to start new topic on this but which winter tires would you buy for 22"? No run flat.
I've been offered Pirellis Scorpion Winter and Continental WinterContact TS 860S but there's also Scorpions 2 from Pirelli which looks even better but I dont know.

You have quite a few options in 20. 255/55/20 and 275/50/20 both work. Theres about 15 options that are severe service snow rated in the 20" size. Both full on snow and all weather tires
