Interesting! Whats the comparison between H&R sports springs which i have on and these? I feel that sometimes my springs are pretty harsh going over bumps and feeling every crack on the floor! These Coil overs big upgrade? I was going to get the V1's but some people are telling me its just as harsh as what i have now so it'd be pointless for me!

The H&R's actually ride good I think the ride quality of the car has improved greatly even when running 19" wheels. As for how they compare with just a spring I don't know, I think they would be way better as you are getting a shock that is specifically matched to the spring, as with all coilovers.

Personally I like the drop of my H&R sport spring height but hate the stiffness and that i feel like i'm hitting a crater everytime i go over a bump! Will H&R Coilovers improve this aspect for me? Retain a less stiff ride but still sporty, and good if i raise it up for winter?
I'm getting mixed either V1 or H&R's? But from what i hear from this thread i may lean towards H&R, is there a type of H&R coil over brand i should look at? |

I wouldn't know, but I rode in a friends car with just H&R springs and thought it was rather harsh. V1s I hear are good, but suspension is something I never compromise on any of my vehicles. That is why I went with the V3s

I wonder if i should go V1 or H&R Coil Overs , coming from H&R sport springs. It was rather harsh but had a very nice drop!

tough choice, haven't heard much feedback on the V1s yet. Seems like most people are happy with the H&Rs though

On a side note do you have to remove the shocks to adjust them?

Hedges are you not worried about the salt and crap from winter driving? I read the H&R coilovers are not stainless. Not like the KW's anyways.

KW shock tubes are stainless steel. I dont think the H&R's are.
Google around and see how many ppl have corroded H&R's vs the KW's. Also, this is marketing shyte but still worth looking at http://www.kw-suspension.co.uk/salt-spray-test.htm |
