Do you buy WeathwrTech Floorliners for your X7?
I'm thinking to buy floor liners for my upcoming X7.
Do you have weathertech liners in your car? How do you like it? How about BMW liners? I don't see 2022 model yet, do you think 2021 x7 floor liners from bmw will fit 2022 x7 ? Thank you |

OP, there are a few other threads on this topic in this forum as well that can provided you some mor insight. But for me, I purchased the BMW rubber floor mats. I did not go with the BMW rubber floor liners, which have a higher "lip" on them, as I did not need the extra protection (I don't live in the snow belt nor really dirty conditions that would warrant them).
I chose the BMW mats as I think they look better, including blending with the interior better. They also perform just as well IMHO. Mine have held up well after 1.5 years of ownership and 10k miles.

I'm a long-time WeatherTech customer, but I put the BMW floor liners in my X7. Quality build, look nice, and fit well. Nothing wrong with the WeatherTechs as an alternative.

BMW floor liners are rebranded weather techs. I replaced my rubber floormats with the weather tech floor liners and I am glad I did. Kids just have way to much foot traffic and I feel it offers better coverage.

If you have the captain’s chairs, WeatherTech is a great option because the third row liner actually comes up through that middle of the chairs to protect that strip of carpet too. It’s the only brand I know that does (or did when we were searching for something in Jan 2020), which is why we went with them.

I have WeatherTech floor mats in all 3 rows of my X7 M50i and a cargo tray that covers the 3rd row when folded as well. They all fit well and have good coverage. Had to cut out a few areas of the cargo tray to be able to access the tie-down hooks and the 3rd row USB ports, but it's pretty clear from the pattern where you need to cut.

And do you need to remove it to raise the third row? |

Got the WeatherTech, and am overall happy with it. My only issue is that the clips don't hold the driver mat in place well, reusing the factory holes.
