it will go through the steps pretty quickly, the online tracker isnt super accurate at this point in production

IIRC, my car went through body and paint at some point very early in the morning, then hit QC at about 2pm. i didnt see any updates till it hit QC
then it skipped directly to awaiting carrier assignment

Ok, mine went into entering assembly line sometimes this morning. Been there since. Hoping it starts moving along.

Still stuck in QC since 8/2. For those that were stuck in QC and then got out, when did you see the status change on the website? From previous posts, it looks like the website updates are made overnight.

its definitely moving, they just arent updating the website.

I don’t have poplar and been stuck in QC since 7/29. Probably a chip or some other electrical component that’s acting up or damaged and needs replacing.

basically the line stops for nothing.

production is complete when the car is released to distribution; on the my garage page, the step after qc is final assembly.
Quality Check -> Final Assembly -> Ready For Transport

This is not quite the way it works. Parts get inspected prior to being sent to the production line. QC departments don't tear down assembled units to replace defective and install missing parts, and then rebuild them.

for what I can see, the issue is not with the trim. sth else.. my guess is maybe 50'' emblem or some issue with the assist pro pkg.

btw I have the carbon fiber trim and qc since 8/2

Same here, went to QC sometime over night. Been there since. With most of us sitting in this state for multiple days I have a feeling we will too

I'm trying to cross info/reasons for delay (it may be more than one reason):
Beyond the standard packages (parking/executive, etc.) I added/changed to:
Coffee Extended Merino Leather
Integral Active Steering
22" V-spoke 756 perf RF
Fineline Open Pore Wood Trim

If anyone can reply with the same changes/adds on and is stuck in QC, it will help to understand the reason.

I only added Poplar trim early in my order and then after a week or so added a spare tire that's about it.

I have all of those on mine with the exception of the 756 wheel, I went with 757's. My car was built on a Thursday and stayed in QC until the following Monday afternoon.
