maybe you didnt heat it up enough??/ i am willing to try it but worry i cant reseal it back so it wont condense later.

We heated it up to the point where the plastic of the headlight assembly actually melted, and still we couldn't get it open. Give it a shot, but just be careful not to damage the entire thing. Let me know how it goes.

If you can actually get it open, sealing it up properly shouldn't be a problem, just make sure you get some kind of silicone sealant from Home Depot or something and that should do the job (that's what I used on my s2000 and m-roadster headlights which I took apart and no condensation resulted).

Overlays defeat the purpose of turn signals. There has to be a better way~

In Italy the stock lights are clears versus our amber setup. I've seen the price of just the Xenon headlight assembly minus the HID bulbs, which you already have.

The cost is around 1400euro's for the set (L&R). Which is around $1,684.73 for a set of clear HID headlight assemblies minus the HID bulbs you already have.

hey guys, I'm trying to get the headlight reflectors painted this weekend. ive searched all over the place, talked to locals, and surfed the web for answers. still none. if anyone knows any good knowledge on taking apart these headlights it would be greatly appreciated.
