Looks really nice! Almost like the premium XB7 wheels without being the ridiculous 23” size.

Personally I think 23" is the sweet spot for the x7.

23” wheels on an X7 remind me of what some of the SUVs look like in Grand Theft Auto.

23” is too fragile for a vehicle this heavy. The sidewall is way too thin.
Double deuces are as large as the X7 should go and even then the tire selections are minimal for mixed weather.

a little odd to go skinnier in the back. These need a gunmetal finish

I believe 9.5/10.5 are the factory f/r widths. I'd at least have gone factory, but some people push for square setups I suppose

For those with 21's, the factory setup is 9.5" square..nothing wrong with a square setup, especially on an awd vehicle, unless you want that beefy look out back. I love the look of staggerd wheels but the setup contributes to understeer vs. a more neutral square set-up and tire rotations aren't happening unless you go left to right. Unlikely to feel the difference though as few here probably push their x7 to cornering limits :>)

Is that why Alpina uses them on their XB7? 23" are definitely not fragile, not sure where you are getting that from.

23" is what most put on ranger rover sports, Urus, Q8, etc. even Hamann has a set for the x5.

What's the point

What is the point of lowering an SUV? Doesn't that defeat intended purpose of this vehicle? It looks ridiculous, I can't get wrap my mind around it. If you want a low rider with cargo space, RS6 Avant is your answer.

It's ok that you don't understand, that's why you can also raise the air suspension in the X7 to make it nice and high if that's what you prefer. And no, the RS6 Avant, or any other wagon in general, doesn't come close to the interior space of the X7. And a lowered X7 is still taller than almost all sedans/wagons.
