Yeah on the 5 year maintenance, I think we will only get or break even the most if we get all four brakes and rotors replaced. What are your thoughts and at what mileage big SUV's like these eventually will need new brakes. I had an Odyssey which averaged 20-25k between brake replacements.

To give you an idea, I purchased a 2020 40 with a sticker price of $88k+ for $75,500. But then again, I ended up purchasing the extended warranty (7yrs) and maintenance plan (5yrs) at retail argh lol.
not sure if you are aware of the geico extended warranty, its like $15 bucks and covers you 7 years up to 100k . but the car needs to be brand new, first owner .

Had no idea. I'm with progressive. Too late, unless I can cancel my extended warranty

No experience with X7 but on Q7 and my driving to 10-12K front set and 15-18 rear replaced. Discs & pads.

I'm seeing that October incentives just came out. Thank God, they've now been added for 2021 models as well, not just 2020. Looking pretty decent.

Thanks for posting this. Based on that offer, looks like 2021 M50i has $500 lease credit + $1000 loyalty/conquest. Residual for 10k @ 56%. I hear MF also dropped to 0.00082. If all that is true, it's a pretty good improvement.
Edit: Offer has MSRP of $108,595 and lease end purchase option of $60,813 -- implies 56% residual value. This contradicts what I have been reading so far that there is a 1% residual drop for all 2021 models..

Q7 lease is up next month. Time to place an order for M50i

What's the difference between invoice and MSRP on X7 40? I understand the invoice doesn't get posted anymore. Is it 10% or more, before any incentives? Thank you.

There is a used 2020 X7 in So Cal with almost 5k miles. The dealers is asking $77k, which I believe to be asinine; considering msrp is $83k, dealer's offer is only 8% off msrp. My question is, what discount should I expect/ask - 20% of msrp? Or higher or lower? Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks much. What do you think is the targeted discount off msrp for new ones - I'm quite a newbie to the process and the two quotes that I received have been at msrp. Much appreciated!

I just ordered an x40i for 10% off MSRP before incentives (2500 apr cash, 1000 loyalty/conquest/500 military).

This is in NJ. m50i they told me would be 5% off before incentives...I wasn't looking at the m50i so I didn't really try to negotiate on that.

X7 good deals?

Hey everyone, Just made an offer on two X7s. The first X7 is the General Manager's personal demo and has 1900 miles on it. It has an MSRP of $116,095. The dealer offered me a purchase price of $107k (straight purchase, not financed). Is this a good deal? If not, what is a good deal?

The second is an X7 40 with an MSRP of $89,095. Dealer offered to sell it at $83,700. Is this one a good deal? If not, what would be a good deal?

Thanks.

7-10% off before incentives is what you should aim for and is doable.

Are these 2021 cars? As others have said, new 21s can be had in many parts of the US at 10% off before incentives, so if these are 2020s you should demand a lot more.

Does anyone know if the PenFed or USAA rebate of $3,250 can be used on a BMW FS lease? Dealer is saying that it can't be stacked with any other incentives and the car has to be purchased or leased using a third-party finance company. Any help here would be very much appreciated, may be pulling the trigger today on a X7 for my wife.
