Even those that don’t like BMW’s comments how imposing the X7 is. It was a home run right out of the design gate. It’s proportions from the roundel to the grille is spot on perfect for its size.
I have the 19 x5- maybe I should secure a 21 x7 as we really need a bigger car and the 22 might be a disappointment

It looks nice, but prefer a solid color on my car. I love BMW but I am not a fan of this design.

Putting headlights aside, does anyone know if X7 will finally get adjustable height seatbelts in the front??? or that would be too revolutionary ....

I have a 22' on the way and can confirm that it's the same design as the 21'.

No discount.

Ordered it through BMW South Austin. I was probably an easy customer, I was just happy not to pay a "lot premium" and to hear that my order shouldn't take more than 6-7 weeks. I had just gotten out of the Escalade ordering process.

Did you try cross shopping with BMW of Austin?

I did not. Again, I'm probably the wrong person to ask. I was completely fed up with the process after the sh*t show that is the Escalade ordering process.

I knew exactly what I wanted and had an idea of what it should cost. I was looking for the easiest, quickest process.

I do want to say that the bottom split lights look Rolls Royce like. I think I would like the lights with just the bottom lights, and remove the top split portion. I think with the larger grill, the bottom lights look nice.

Maybe it's just me, but they don't look like split headlights anymore. Those little squares just under the hood line look like only stickers.

Gotta make sure that camoflauge is nice and clean.

... with a non-touchless car wash.

BMW has taken the approach of "no design is off limits." We are seeing plenty of ugly designs and will see even more.

It’s definitely hard to tell but after zooming in on the side angle picture, I’m 70% convinced that the upper squares are just stickers like you said.

Not realistic at all, but I'm holding out hope that I'm surprised with the LCI for my 2022 order lol.

I am not interested in a Genesis looking X7. I will reserve judgment until I see the final design, but I am not excited.
