Purpose of this post is to share special colors since Spartanburg has opened up to individual colors!

I'm so blown seeing this. I checked with my dealer and BMW NA about individual colors prior to ordering in November and nobody indicated this would be a possibility in the near future. Guess they did what they do best, sell cars. Gonna order a new one ASAP.

My wife just took delivery of a 2021 X7 40i. The color isn't individual (mineral white), but her key fobs, seats, rims, and sills all have BMW individual on them. The window sticker doesn't say anything about "individual" options or a package. Do you get all that with the upgraded Ivory Merino Leather? Anyone know? Thank you.

Curious, did you get the Ivory, or Ivory and Blue?

The reason I ask, BMW calls all X7 Merino leathers "Individual". On top of that, the blue and ivory is a Full Merino.

That's correct.

For example, there are 9 styles for the illuminated front door mucket/trim and 4 styles for the rear door mucket/trim across X5/6 models. X7s share the first 4 variations:

Front:
1. BMW - xLine models
2. BMW Individual - xLine with Merino Individual leather
3. /// ///M //// - M Sport
4. /// ///M50i /// - M50i
5. /// ///M50d /// - M50d
6. — X5 ///M —
7. — X5 ///M Competition —
8. — X6 ///M —

Wow these all look great! My F15 lease is up in June and I'm looking at a G05. Was going to opt for an M50i but seeing that these paints are available on the 40i I may settle for it. Ive ordered 3 BMWs in the past with standard paints, how does one go about ordering one of these individual paints?

You can DM me and I can order it for you, or your local dealer. Order just like normal build, just select what color you want. Dealer fills out a special sheet and sends to production manager who then updates build with individual color. Adds at least 4-6 weeks to build time

-tint, ppf, and ceramic coating inside and outside
-IND painted reflectors
-reuse our RGSport lowering links
-reuse 22" Savini's and nitto 420v
-reuse custom 10" jl sub and amp in spare location
-maybe some carbon touches if we can find them
-wife wants to mod the exhaust now that she has a v8 again

you know...I hadn't thought about that, but it has the bowers setup in it. so far I have mirror caps only in carbon. looking for more stuff to tie it in. I love carbon accents on the GT performante and grey superleggera.

So far, I haven't heard of anyone modifying the B&W system. Let us know if you're able to do anything

will do...the sub setup my buddy built for us is slick so I sure hope we can reuses...will know if a few weeks. we are delayed to go to STL to get the car given the weather.

yeah, you guys better get rid of that winter weather. I'm coming through on my road trip in just over 3 weeks!
