This is the closest we'll ever get to a 7 series wagon. Usually not a fan of the X7 but this doesn't look half bad!

These wheels bring this X7 to be as close to Alpina-esque appearance as one can get. Nice work!

Meh....I would have taken the cash spent on the wheels and bought the M-Sport package when it was new.

I've always liked those wheels. Need 23" or 24" on the massive x7 though.
I have the 22" on my f13

Hence one reason why the X7 has adjustable height suspension. Drive as an SAV. Lower a notch for sportier performance. Then when stopped be able to lower it to get in/out and load.

It's to close the wheel gap, which on an SUV like this (read will never intentionally leave pavement) looks pretty damn good.

I'm looking into lowering springs for the X5 M50i soon.

We have already seen a forum XB7 wheel crack from a pot hole this past week.

If they had BMW center caps, you would have a hard time convincing me they were aftermarket.

Appreciation to VIBE Motorsports for allowing a quick view of how rail removal from their excellent images might appear. Although rails are used by many and may be a primary reason for their SUV/SAV purchases, some value mainly the internal cabin volume these models provide. The aesthetic w/o rails changes the dynamic across all of the lines, and hopefully will become an option at some point.

Nah. It's tasteless. To modify a vehicle to be dropped especially an SAV/SUV is just plain idiotic. It looks like one of those vehicles people are trying hard to look cool in when it's not meant to be that. Yes it looks thugged out and simply screams new rich/tasteless.

The 22" wheels do look a bit small but I think 22" wheels are the sweet spot for the X7.

The reason I chose to buy an X7 was because of how it can meet the demands of a suv fully loaded with kayaks on the roof and bikes on the back and hiking gear in the boot.......but when it's parked and lowered all the way down to the lowest point, it looks so sexy! I absolutely hate the gap between the top of the tire and the body of a car. I love the way Audi has embraced the concept with most of their vehicles so they look so aerodynamic.

Reducing that wheel gap just makes the vehicle look so much cleaner to me and apparently a lot of other people as well. I love the ability to manually control the ride height of the X7. One of the main reasons I chose this beautiful vehicle.
