Hey, just took a friend's 2013 F30 in my garage because of a huge problem; his diff has blown up after a launch control with new tires...

Getting into gears just doesn't do anything, rear wheels spin freely but seem disconnected from each other and disconnected from the gearbox.

I've inspected the drive shafts, they look good! And the axle going from the gearbox to the diff is good too! I guess it's just the inside of the diff that blew up...

Anyway i'm already looking to get a new one. But was wondering, do you guys know if there's any other part I should replace? I hear a weird noise when going into 6th gear statically... Vid shows it lightly
