Is there a way to change how radio station names are displayed?

I've set up my presets by their frequency - 99.1, 102.1, etc.

When I scroll through the radio stations using the steering wheel scroll wheel, the list doesn't show the frequencies, instead it shows bits text that I suppose has something to do with what's playing on those stations.

Some of the names are recognizable words, and some are just pieces of text, for example one of the stations appears as: "-by-",

This is beyond annoying, and is almost useless, unless you learn what stations these weird names represent.

Can I change how these stations are named by default?
