Working on a friends car. Its 2010 n54 FBO with jb4. The car does not target what the jb4 is suppose to target. example looking at the logs map 5 should target 15-17.5 Even with e30-e50 in the tank its targeting 14.5 and hitting that. Tried resetting all settings and and even installed backend flash added some more e and did the 3 pulls on map5 to see whats it will do but map 5 still target only 14.5 anyone have this issue?

What's boost max set to in JB4.

In the logs, does it build up to 15psi quickly or is it slow? Maybe boost leak somewhere?

builds up to 15 psi just fine, on other cars i seen when it was a leak Boost target would be 18 and actual boost is like 8. This one it just targeting 14.5 and maxboost is set to default 19 for backend flash

I could be off base but have you tried forcing 4-2 in the menu to make sure it's always looking at JB4 for boost levels?

I know it should always pick the highest boost level and it wouldn't explain why it happened pre-flash so hopefully I'm not leading you in the wrong direction, just trying to help.

Post the csv files.
Map 5 won't raise boost until Avg Ign is under 1.5
Map 7 should be targeting 18.5 though :/

something is up with the JB4 i think, tried a different gb4 and it works

You have some setting wrong but without a CSV log no one will be able to tell you which one that is.
