Spacer advice. 328i sedan pre-lci

I have avant garde m310 18x8 and 235/40/18 on my pre-lci 328i. Stock non sport suspension.

Looking for best fitment with no rubbing/fender roll. 10mm? 12mm? More?

Advice is very much appreciated
