As a means of helping the enthusiasts create a more aggressive and streamline fender appearance, we now offer a painted side marker housing for the F80/F82 M3/M4. All IND side markers utilize the OEM base to ensure perfect fitment, these side markers are painted in-house at our 10,000+ sqft. facility. All IND painted products come with a paint match guarantee.

Nate, I have the OEM M performance Gloss Back Grilles (Part#51712352812 and 51712352813) but hesitated to buy the M Perf side marker because of the peeling issue.

Is this product basically a repaint of the OEM chrome side marker?

How does the color match to the color used for the M performance front Grille that I already bought? Is it the same?

Unfortunately we also have had a bit of experience with the peeling logos on M Performance side marker sets. In attempt to avoid this, the IND side markers are painted OEM chrome cores. On rare occasion we have had decals begin to lift - but definitely not as prevalent.

If proceeding with a Gloss Black set, color match will be identical to the black M Performance grilles and OEM black window trim.

We handle any defects or warranty issues on a case by case basis, but are more than happy to replace the painted side markers if a defect is found.
