Exclamation 4F70 Engine over speed?

This is the second time it has happened, Both times is when I push the car hard and throws this code along with 51AE signal from Engine ECU not plausible: brake switch, CF33 Message from Engine control unit doesn't exist. All 3 are trans code.
When the trans malfunction, DSC and brake light comes on the dash, car will not drive as if I was in neutral but shows D5 on the dash. Both time it happened I was either in S3 about to shift to S4 or a second into shifting into S4. The engine who rev up and down until I pull over and restart the car. Doesn't seem to do it with Less power and boost on pump but I haven't pushed it as hard since the first time it has happened.
Only happens when I'm using E60.
Mods:
Jb4 G5 ISO map 7 (when on e60)
BMS E85 flash
DP
FMIC
Inline LPFP from SteveAZ
CPE CP with Tial BOV
Alpina Trans Flash

Did you solve this?

update: found a thread on n54tech with similiar problems, they said do a full write on the bbflash... so along wit the trans flash, i also did a full write with wedge's 13.5 max timing e50 v1 map (no post shift timing drop) and with around e60, did a couple pulls shifted at 6k, so far so good, no problems. shifting at 6k really had no timing drop, car just kept pulling @ 140mph and had alot more to give but ran out of road.

Thanks for pulling over the quote from the other thread.
Yes i was able to fix it with a Full Write using BB flash.
This was happening when i was doing the partial write.

You fully flashed N54 ECU only?
