Wheel sizes for 2011 328 LCI
I'm new here. Just picked up a 2011 328i and am looking to put some new wheels on it soon. I have looked through tons of posts in this section. However I am still unclear of offsets that will fit my LCI.
The setup in question is 18x8.5 front ET 35 and 18x9.5 rear ET 33. Will these fit with no issues? Tires would be the typical 235/265 setup. Also I assume the 19" version of the wheels would fit the same. Correct? Thanks |

It can fit but I would recommend rolling your rear fenders. The E90 LCI is more suited to a low to mid 40 offset in the rear.

Those will fit easily and i think you can get away without rolling the fenders. At least i wouldn't roll them before the wheels are on and you know for sure. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...5#post13709835

Thanks!
I don't really want to add any spacers. In reference to that post, it seems as though the wheels he put on plus the 10mm spacers brought the et to 35 in the rear. So I guess the additional 2mm of offset gives enough clearance. |

Your wheels would extend 2mm more than those et35's on that link. Also yes it's pretty much the same with 19 inch wheels. Tyres need to have lower aspect ratio tho.

Im an idiot. I had posted on this thread earlier. I had overlooked the fact that this was an LCI. I think my original setup should work. Although I want to run the 265's vs the 255's

Real style 220's are 19x8.5 et29 and 19x9.5 et23. As said that is possible to fit to lci. Front is plug and play. Rear needs fender roll and maybe tiny amount of added camber. Depends how low you are. Basically et23 at Lci is the same as 19x9.5 et15 at pre-lci. I recommend staying with 225/35/19 and 255/30/19. Possibly could pull it of with 265/30/19 too. Might need more camber etc. 19x9.5 et16 255/30/19 http://www.e90post.com/forums/showpo...&postcount=319

I have 18x8.5 front and 18x9.5 rear ET 33 all around with 235/265 setup. my car is lowered with the rear fenders rolled and i have a slight rub when hitting dips on the highway. but if you are on stock height there should be no issues.

OK perhaps those wheels are too aggressive then.
In this post http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...5#post13709835 the guy puts on 45mm offset and then adds a 10mm spacer bringing the effective offset to 35mm correct? Why wouldn't you just use a 35mm offset wheel instead of getting a 45mm and adding a spacer. I don't understand. |
