Which CP and BOV with GruppeM Intake

I've done a ton of searching as well as Google image searching and haven't seen a ton of confirmed setups.

Who out there runs a GruppeM intake; if so, do you have an aftermarket charge pipe and BOV? Which ones clear the intake ducting/airbox?

As far as I know the only charge pipe that fits every intake is the ER one due to the BOV localization.
