It in fact made it MORE difficult to remove the brake dust. And it left a milky white residue all over my wheels

I just spent two hours un-fucking my wheels with other chemicals and hard scrubbing to remove this garbage.

Thanks for the info! I read a number of other reviews that said good things, guess it's not all it's cracked up to be. Was going to put it on my mother's Volvo first in any event as a test Guess she lucked out and won't have the messed up wheels.

The only thing that I have found that really works is applying wax on the wheels. This makes it easy to rinse off and won't get caked on but only for a short period of time before it needs to be redone.

However, I only did this one time ever on my 335i because the level of effort required to properly apply it and polish out the wax and to have to do this repeatedly was more hassle than it was worth to me.

Hahahaha. My father always does that with new car care stuff. "I just got this. I was gonna try it on your mother's car first."

Benefit of having a "test mule" haha. I would ordinarily take better care of her car for her but she drives on a dirt road every day and has kids in the car all day rubbing cheetohs on the ceiling. A lost cause is a lost cause.
